We deliver realistic, demanding, no-BS tactical training in Estonia for civilians, law enforcement, Defense League members, and Defense Forces personnel. Our mission is simple: prepare people for real threats, real pressure, and the moments where hesitation gets punished.
TeamRoom was founded by veterans with combat experience. Every course, drill, and standard is shaped by hard-earned knowledge, field discipline, and lessons learned the hard way. We do not teach fantasy tactics. We teach what holds up when comfort disappears and pressure takes over.

We train with the UNIT 4 platform — a purpose-engineered force-on-force rifle built to replicate the weight, ergonomics, and handling of a live-fire firearm. Every drill feels realistic, every movement matters, and every repetition builds habits that translate to real-world performance.
From close-quarters battle to extended engagements, UNIT 4 provides recoil simulation, authentic weapon handling, and immediate feedback without the risks and limitations of live-fire training. The platform can be equipped with optics, lights, and mission-specific accessories, allowing you to train with a setup that reflects your actual equipment.
UNIT 4 creates a safe but unforgiving environment to pressure-test tactics, movement, communication, and decision-making against active opposition. Because in the real world, theory is not enough — you need to know how you perform under pressure.
